Terms of service.

By signing up for or using PromptMantra (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. PromptMantra is operated by Repute Infosystems (“we”, “us”), based in Pune, India. If you're using PromptMantra on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

PromptMantra tracks how AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, Qwen, and others we may add) mention your brand. We query these engines on your behalf, store the responses, and surface them through dashboards and alerts.

We make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but don't guarantee specific scan frequency, engine availability, or feature parity with competitors.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info@reputeinfosystems.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One workspace per organization. Don't create multiple free-trial accounts to circumvent plan limits.

You agree not to:

• Use PromptMantra to monitor brands or competitors without legitimate business interest.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary scoring logic.
• Resell access to your account or share credentials with parties outside your organization.
• Submit prompts that violate AI provider policies (e.g. asking engines to generate harmful or illegal content).
• Overwhelm the service with abusive traffic or automated requests outside the documented API.

Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, in USD by default (other currencies available on request). Prices on the pricing page are authoritative.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Existing terms honor until your current period ends.

Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days of dunning.

You own the prompts, brands, competitors, and configuration you set up. We process AI responses on your behalf and store them on your behalf — they remain your data for the duration of your subscription.

We don't sell, share, or train models on your data. See privacy policy and GDPR page for detail.

The PromptMantra software, design, scoring algorithms, and brand are owned by Repute Infosystems. These terms grant you the right to use the Service per your subscription, not ownership of any of it. The name “PromptMantra”, the logo, and the “Observation Deck” UI patterns are trademarks.

We provide the Service “as is.” While we make reasonable efforts to ensure scan accuracy and uptime, we don't warrant the data is error-free or that AI engines will respond consistently.

AI engines change their responses unpredictably. We capture what they say at the time of scan; we don't control how they say it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently delete it.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. EU/UK customers retain protections under their local consumer law where mandatory.

We'll email all active subscribers at least 30 days before any material change to these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
